About Us
Since moving to Normandy in the Autumn of 2005 our time has been shared between my husband working in England and the final renovations to our house, now we have to concentrate on the future and to ensuring we can earn enough for us to continue living in France.
2009 we hope will be the start of our final transition by creating this - our own business.
Flyingfish has been created to fill a gap in the market for the good old English Take Away here in Normandy.
Our purpose built trailer has been created to our own specification to comply to the high standard required to trade here in france
Fish and Chips are one of the tastiest meals you can get. A wholesome, natural product additive free and, believe it or not, the healthiest of all takeaways meals.
Our aim is simple - to provide good service - value for money and to offer the very best traditional taste of the good old Fish and Chip Shop - all our meals are cooked fresh to order with the exception of our pies, our chips are fresh not FROZEN - come and try for yourself, we are sure you will taste the difference !
